Clarinetist, Boris Allakhverdyan, will join the quartet for this performance. He graduated from the Tchaikovsky Moscow Conservatory with a Bachelor of Music Degree with honors in 2006, and from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music with an Artist Diploma Degree in 2008. He spent the summer of 2008 as Principal Clarinet of the Colorado Music Festival Orchestra in Boulder. Mr. Allakhverdyan has performed a soloist and with orchestras in Russia, Germany, Denmark, Venezuela, Switzerland and the USA. Currently, he is pursuing his Master of Music Degree at the Cleveland Institute of Music.
